openph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the openph platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and openph. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

To register and maintain an Account on openph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within the Philippines at the time of play, in compliance with PAGCOR jurisdiction requirements.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of openph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from openph or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform, unless such exclusion has formally expired.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of play.

To access the full features of the openph Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's details.

openph is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or certain account features are unlocked:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, UMID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account in your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by openph may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials.
• You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party.
• openph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
• You must notify openph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• openph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

openph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP) via the following payment channels:

• E-wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Cards: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• openph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your openph Account within minutes. In the event of a delay, contact openph support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your openph Account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• openph aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• openph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected.

openph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• openph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Players who are self-excluded or have active deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, openph's decision shall be final and binding.

The following general rules apply to all games available on the openph Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game's interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All game outcomes on openph are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer. openph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• It is the Player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Wagers placed in error are not refundable.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• openph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a software error, data feed failure, or any other technical issue that has materially affected the game outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. openph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. openph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game round, except where the Platform itself is at fault.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the openph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a stolen identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the openph Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. openph complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated software to play games, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through the creation of multiple Accounts, use of false information, or any other method designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to openph. Any Player who initiates a chargeback will have their Account suspended pending investigation.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward openph staff, live dealers, or other Players.

openph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. We provide the following tools and resources to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of the time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to openph support and will be actioned within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a short-term cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

openph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures — including deposit limits, session limits, or account suspension — on any Player where we have reasonable grounds to believe that problem gambling behaviour is present, regardless of whether the Player has requested such measures.

All content on the openph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of openph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of openph.
• The openph name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of openph. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to openph regarding the Platform may be used by openph without any obligation to compensate you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, openph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

openph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Losses resulting from events beyond openph's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet outages, or third-party payment provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude openph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

openph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Conduct that openph reasonably considers to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or openph's reputation;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Upon Account closure, any verified funds remaining in your Account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting openph support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the openph Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance. You may contact openph support to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or competent courts of the Philippines. openph's operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight, and Players may also raise complaints directly with PAGCOR where the dispute relates to regulatory compliance.

openph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, openph will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the openph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting openph support.
