Access to openph is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
openph operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines only.
Each player is permitted to hold only one openph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have lost access to your account, contact openph support rather than registering a new one.
All games on the openph platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools (bots) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on openph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. Cryptocurrency and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted.

By accessing the openph platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and openph. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
Important: openph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by openph may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

openph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP) via the following payment channels:
Prohibited Payment Methods: openph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card gambling deposits are also prohibited in compliance with Philippine regulations. Any deposit attempted via a prohibited method will be declined and returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the openph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

All content on the openph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of openph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, openph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
openph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude openph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
openph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, any verified funds remaining in your Account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting openph support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the openph Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance. You may contact openph support to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or competent courts of the Philippines. openph's operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight, and Players may also raise complaints directly with PAGCOR where the dispute relates to regulatory compliance.
Player Complaints: If you have a complaint about openph's services, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR.
openph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, openph will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the openph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting openph support.
